These sessions center on a video that highlights various cultural conflicts surrounding race and identity between students of color and staff at a typical high school in an urban setting. Participants will be challenged to examine some common issues presented in the film and how similar issues  impact student development. The session will introduce practical strategies to support both home and school cultures for students, families and educators.
